My 14 year old son has finally been diagnosed with EOE after at least five years of unexplained vomiting and choking. His currently known triggers are wheat, rice, soy, eggs, milk, and peanuts. We are waiting on results of his skin test, but we are pretty sure chicken, pork, and legumes are also on the list based on his reaction to them . So he’s eating corn and fruit/ vegetables. Being hungry and not eating is depressing him. We live in south Louisiana where eating deliciously prepared food is pastime! Your blog is very encouraging to me . I hope to try your recipes and to invent dome of my own!

Aw poor guy! I’m sorry it took so long! That is tough, how did you figure out his triggers? Allergy tests or how he feels?
Yeah I feel him. You will get the hang of it! I know it’s tough at first but there is a lot of support out there and tons of blogs and books on food allergies. I will be posting a page soon with lots of great cookbooks so keep an eye out for that.
